What to do, what to do?

Private 30 Minute Session

One-on-one time with the trainer weekly, which includes a full work out.

Private 45 Minute Session

More one-on-one training, includes a full workout but also gives enough time for instructed foam rolling, stretching, and dynamic warm-ups.

Semi Private 60 Minute Session

Includes 2-4 participants with the trainer at a time while doing a full work out, stretching, foam rolling, and dynamic workout.
