No Sweat, No Beauty. No Squat, No Booty.

Squatting has always been a weak point of mine, but I'm working my tail off to improve on it!

Here I am squatting 245x5. I'm hoping to get to 270x5 with a program that another Personal Trainer I workout with has me on. It's awesome that I am still learning although I am a Personal Trainer. It just goes to show you can never stop improving and trying harder.
